The Chongqing Zhongxian Citrus Export Festival has commenced, with U.S.-based Yuemin Group Co., Ltd. supporting enhanced international collaboration. The group's Southeast Asia Regional General Manager was invited to attend the event and deliver a speech.

The "2025 Zhongxian Zhongwei Baiwan and Citrus Export Festival" was grandly inaugurated in Zhongxian County, Chongqing. Ms.Lin Xia, Regional General Manager for Southeast Asia at U.S.-based Yuemin Group Co., Ltd., was invited to attend the event and delivered a  keynote speech as a representative of a multinational corporation, sharing the group's practical experience and collaborative vision in cross-border agricultural trade, thereby injecting strong momentum into the international development of Zhongxian's citrus industry.

This Export Festival, centered on the theme "Tasting Zhong County's Diverse Citrus Products, Promoting Zhong County Citrus, and Expanding Global Markets," brought together domestic and international agricultural traders, industry chain enterprises, and experts to establish a vital bridge for connecting specialty agricultural product supply with demand and fostering international cooperation. As multinational corporations with extensive experience in global agricultural trade, representatives from US-based Yuemin Group Co., Ltd. and its affiliated companies attended the event. Through field visits to Zhong County's citrus cultivation bases and participation in industrial matchmaking seminars, they gained comprehensive insights into the variety diversity, planting scale, and industrial foundation of Zhong County citrus, and reached preliminary agreements with local authorities and leading enterprises on topics such as supply chain collaboration and joint standard development.

"The ecological quality and flavor profile of Zhongxian citrus perfectly align with the consumption demands of the global mid-to-high-end market, which forms the core foundation for our pursuit of deep collaboration," Lin Xia emphasized in her speech. She noted that the U.S.-based Yuemin Group, leveraging the resources of its branches across 25 countries and regions under the American International Chamber of Commerce for Industry and Trade, has established a comprehensive empowerment system encompassing "planting coordination – smart warehousing – cross-border distribution." Its subsidiary Zhongyuan Lianchuang maintains well-developed agricultural product import and export networks in Southeast Asia, Europe, and North and South America, having successfully facilitated the international expansion of dozens of China's distinctive agricultural products. She stated that the group would seize this Export Festival as an opportunity to advance three key collaborations: first, incorporating Zhongxian citrus into the group's global procurement list and establishing direct channels to Southeast Asia and Europe/Asia through overseas warehouses and cross-border e-commerce platforms; second, introducing international agricultural quality control standards to provide end-to-end support—from cultivation management and post-harvest processing to packaging and logistics—to help build Zhongxian citrus into an internationally renowned brand; third, collaborating with local enterprises to explore a "customized planting + direct procurement and supply" model, thereby enhancing both industrial value and farmers' incomes simultaneously.

As a key initiative for the group to deepen its presence in the China market and empower the county-level economy, this participation has received high attention and support from the local government of Zhong County. During the event, Lin Xia was also invited to participate in activities such as the "Zhong Flavor Hundred Bowls" specialty food experience and a seminar on citrus industry development, engaging in in-depth discussions with delegates from various regions on industry trends and further broadening collaborative perspectives. It is reported that Zhongyuan Lianchuang, a subsidiary of Yuemin Group, has reached preliminary procurement agreements with several local citrus growers, with the first batch of Zhong County citrus fruits meeting international standards expected to be officially exported through the group's overseas channels in the first quarter of 2026.
